Finetune creates synthetic users reflecting your customers. Each time your agent runs against these users, we grade the execution by adding weights. After all executions, you'll receive a session report on the agent's performance improvements and a weighted execution graph. You can deploy this graph to a private cloud or enter a feedback session where our in-house agent identifies unsuccessful executions for feedback. We use your feedback to update the graph. When you deploy your agent into production, it references the graph for similar successful executions to generate accurate and reliable task lists.
